I am horrified by the literal non existent customer service I received and abysmal attention to customer satisfaction. I ordered these earrings a while ago and when I received them in the mail they were defective. I reached out immediately as the policy states and provided a video and have yet to hear back. This was more than 5 days ago. Long story short do not buy from here if you do not want to receive defective items with no response from the seller. will notbe shoppinghere again until the situation is rectified. or at all.
